  • Most of our packages payment breakdown are as follows;

    1st payment: $800 (To secure date)

    2nd payment: 50% balance (1 month before event date)

    3rd payment: Remaining 50% balance (With add-ons if any)

    All deposits are non-refundable.

    There are no extra charges for a change of event date. New dates are subject to our slot availability.

    2nd reminder email will be sent via email before confirmation of your itinerary.

  • Yes. There will be an additional SGD 500 charged on top of the package for the booking date that falls on a Singapore Public Holiday.

    For booking that falls on hot dates, it depends on our availability slot.

  • For Bank transfer to Bank account no.: DBS 072-021129-4

    All payments made are required to be screenshot as a proof of payment and WhatsApp to our Admin hotline; 83634009.

  • Yes, unutilised hours are forfeited as package hours are only applicable on the actual day.

    Only 12-hours packages are applicable for 2-event dates.

  • If there is sufficient time and/or you would like to opt for additional hours (capped at 12 hours per day), you can proceed with outdoor shoot.

  • No. We capped our crew shooting hours to 12 hours per event date and must end at/before 10pm. Only 3 hours utilized on the actual day can be brought forward to the next available date.

  • Unless you have an indoor location in mind, we will have to postpone the shoot on a different day within 3 months depending on our next available date,

  • You are able to let us know your preference but subject to the crew availability on the booking date. Requesting for our principal photographer will incur additional request charges.

  • No. We only allow upgrading of the packages upon bookings with us.

  • Yes. You can add additional items from our add-on’s page. However, you are not able to remove any of the default given items/services.

  • Yes, only applicable to packages that consist of 2 hours pre/post photography coverage. Capped at 12 hours per day.

  • No. All our pre/post outdoor shoots are held only on weekdays. Weekends are reserved for actual day wedding events.

  • All edited images will be uploaded in our online gallery 8 to 14 weeks from the event date.
    (Expect longer during peak wedding period)

    Backup to your physical backup drive and cloud platform for safekeeping is advised.

  • Images on our online gallery will be stored up till 1 year only.

  • Yes, you can inform us on the add-on once your photos are uploaded on our online gallery for viewing.

  • All our policies are included in our terms & conditions document for your acknowledgement before making a deposit. Upon booking, kindly read through our terms & conditions.

  • An admin charge is applicable for transferring of packages to another couple.
